Projected price is for each set of samples (6 – 11 Plex), effective as August 1st, 2018 and are good through June 30, 2019.

1.      For Proteome-wide analysis, price includes protein lysate quantification, reduction & alkylation, precipitation and digestion followed by peptide quantification, TMT-labeling, LC-MS3 Label Check, basic reverse-phase HPLC fractionation (bRP-HPLC), LC-MS3 analysis of 12 bRP-LC peptide fractions, database searching, filtering to 1% FDR at protein level, TMT reporter quantification, data analysis and final report preparation.

  • Note that we prefer to have minimum 200 micrograms of protein from each sample for starting amounts for this analysis.

2.     Mini Phospho analysis is now offered as a super economical add-on to Proteome-wide analysis. For One-Shot Phospho analysis, additional cost to Service No.1 includes phosphopeptide enrichment, single LC-MS3 analysis of enriched fraction. Data processing is similar to Service No. 1 and report will include the phosphorylated sites.

  • Note that no further fractionation of phospho-enriched part is done. We have seen 3K – 7K sites in one-shot based sample quality.

3.     For a full Phosphoproteome analysis, price includes protein lysate quantification, reduction & alkylation, precipitation and digestion followed by peptide quantification, phosphopeptide enrichment, TMT-labeling, mixing, LC-MS3 Label Check, bRP-HPLC fractionation, LC-MS3 analysis of 12 phosphopeptide fractions. Data processing is similar to Service No. 1 and report will include the phosphorylated sites from 12 fractions.

  • Note that higher starting amounts are required for this analysis. Minimum of 2 - 3 mg or more for each sample is preferred.

 4.       Phosphotyrosine (pY) analysis is offered as an add-on to Phosphoproteome analysis. For pY analysis, additional cost to Service No. 3 includes pY enrichment using pY1000 antibody from Cell Signaling Technology, single LC-MS3 analysis of pY enriched peptides. Data processing is similar to Service No. 1 and report will include the pY sites from single pY enriched fractions.

  • Note that no further fractionation of pY enriched part is done.
  • Note that higher starting amounts are required for this analysis. Minimum of 5 mg or more for each sample is preferred.

 6.        Quantitative Immunoprecipitation (Quant-IP) analysis: Please review sample submission guidelines. Based on the nature and/or volume of submitted sample, we perform in-solution / on-Bead / on-Gel digestion, TMT-labelling, one 3 hr LC-MS3 analysis, database searching, filtering to a 1% FDR, quantification, data analysis and final report preparation.

  • Note that no fractionations are done for Quant-IP unless specifically requested by the Investigator. The charges will be separate for each fractionation.
