1. Total Proteome-wide analysis price includes protein lysate quantification, reduction & alkylation, precipitation and digestion followed by peptide quantification, TMT-labeling, LC-MS3 label check, basic reverse-phase HPLC fractionation (bRP-HPLC), LC-MS3 analysis of 12 bRP-LC peptide fractions(~36 hours of MS analysis), database searching, filtering to 1% FDR at protein level, TMT reporter quantification, data analysis and final report preparation. We typically quantify between 7,000-10,000 proteins based on the sample and protein quality.
- Note We prefer to have a minimum of 100 micrograms of protein from each sample for starting amounts for this analysis.

2. Mini Phospho analysis is offered as an economical add-on to Proteome-wide analysis. For Mini Phospho analysis(3 hours of MS analysis), additional cost to Service No.1 includes phosphopeptide enrichment, single LC-MS2 analysis of an enriched fraction. Data processing is similar to Service No. 1 and report will include the phosphorylated site localization and quantification.
- Note No further fractionation of phospho-enriched part is done. We have seen ~6000 sites in one-shot based sample quality.
